Direct Deposit

Custodial Parents can enroll in, or terminate, Direct Deposit through the State Disbursement Unit (SDU) website or through the Integrated Voice Response System (IVR). See details below:

• Click here to enroll in, or terminate, Direct Deposit through the SDU website.

  Important:  To enroll through the SDU website you will need your Social Security number and your Statewide System (SWS) Participant ID number*.  If you do not know your 13-digit SWS number, you may call the SDU Electronic Help Desk at 1-866-325-1010, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m. Pacific time.
  * Please note: your SWS number consists of "059" followed by your PIN, issued by your local child support office. (Example: 059 07 0123 1234)

• To enroll through the SDU IVR system, dial 1-866-325-1010.

• You can also download and print the Direct Deposit Authorization form (DCSS 0485) from the SDU website and return it to them directly. Mail to:
