California's central payment processing site is called the California State Disbursement Unit (SDU). The SDU is responsible for the collection and distribution of child support payments. The California State Disbursement Unit (SDU) is making a number of changes. These changes are occurring because the State is changing both its vendor and bank that support the SDU.
