Business Hours

The Clerk-Recorder Department's downtown Santa Ana locations are open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays.

The Clerk-Recorder Department's branch offices in historic downtown Fullerton (North County) and the Laguna Hills Civic Center (South County) are open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Locations

The Clerk-Recorder Department has four office locations to serve you. The main office is at the Hall of Records and Finance in Santa Ana. Marriage services and passports are available at the Old County Courthouse in Santa Ana. Most services also are available at our branch offices at the Laguna Hills Civic Center and historic downtown Fullerton.
