Santa Ana locations: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Branch offices in historic downtown Fullerton and the Laguna Hills Civic Center: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Locations

The Clerk-Recorder Department has four office locations. The main office is at the Hall of Records in Santa Ana. Marriage services and passports are available at the Old County Courthouse in Santa Ana. Most services also are available at our North County and South County branch offices.
