Daly earned the honor through his leadership in customer service and cost-efficiencies as Orange County Clerk-Recorder since 2002, as well as for his accomplishments as mayor of Anaheim from 1992 to 2002.

Planning to travel this summer? Apply for your passport now and avoid the rush! The Clerk-Recorder Department offers passport services at the Old County Courthouse in Santa Ana, 211 W. Santa Ana Boulevard, in Room 202. The courthouse is open weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., except county holidays. As an added convenience, passport photos can be purchased on the spot for $15.

Volunteer Cupids Help Make Valentine's Day Special 

Eager couples flocked to Fullerton on Valentine’s Day to tie the knot on the sweetest day of the year. Three dozen couples were married on Feb. 14, after Clerk-Recorder Tom Daly opened the Fullerton branch office on a Sunday especially for the weddings. Couples came from as far away as Canada and San Diego, Riverside, Los Angeles and Imperial counties.
