Orange County Workforce Investment Board (OCWIB)
All members of the Board are appointed by the Orange County Board of Supervisors and represent local businesses, education entities, labor organizations, community-based organizations, economic development agencies, One-Stop partners, and others as designated by Local Elected Officials. More than half the members represent the private sector and they include owners, chief executives, operating officers or other executives with optimum policymaking or hiring authority.
