PrepareOC

PrepareOC is the County of Orange comprehensive incident preparedness, response and recovery program. PrepareOC has four main program components: PlanOC, ReadyOC, RespondOC and RecoverOC. The separate components address critical incident preparedness issues, including analysis and planning; public awareness; emergency preparedness and response; business continuity; and disaster recovery.

The goal of PrepareOC is to assimilate the County's various initiatives into a strategic program that employs shared resources and efforts, critical communications, and a coordinated approach to incident preparedness, response and recovery by County government.
