Planning Council oversees all Family to Family strategy groups.  Meeting purpose: to evaluate the current system, note strengths and concerns, establish goals for a redesign and look at resources to accomplish these goals.

The Self Evaluation Team collects, analyzes, and interprets data about child and family outcomes to find out where progress is being made and to determine where changes are needed in policy and practice.

This workgroup examines the over-or-under representation of minority children in foster care compared to their representation in the general population.
