Free Filing of Annual Assessment Appeals Begins July 2

The Annual Assessment Appeals Filing Periods is from July 2, 2006 - September 15, 2006.

(Santa Ana, CA) The Orange County Clerk of he Board reminds residents that the Annual Filing Perios for filing an assessment appeal is July 2, 2006 through September 15, 2006.  If you believe that the value of your property is less than the assessed value established by the Assessor, you can challenge your assessment by filing an assessment appeal.  It is not necessary to use a tax agent or pay a fee to file the assessment appeal.
