Homeless Prevention centrally coordinates the preservation and expansion of the County's Continuum of Care System for the homeless which focuses on homeless prevention, outreach and assessment, emergency shelter, transitional housing, supportive services, and permanent supportive housing. 2009 Continuum of Care Homeless Assistance Application Notice 2009 Continuum of Care Homeless Assistance RFP --new applications 2009 Continuum of Care Homeless Assistance Letter of Intent (LOI) renewal applications The Request For Proposal (RFP) and Renewal Letter of Intent (LOI) deadline has been extended to Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at 12:00 Noon.
