Important Notice to Developers

OC Community Services is requesting
Public Comments for the 2012 Notice
of Funding Availability (NOFA)

OC Community Services is pleased to invite you to provide comments regarding the Affordable Rental Housing NOFA requirements, policies and funding process.  Since the last comment period (October 2011), the proposed changes were presented to the County's Project Advisory Committee ( a sub-committe of the Housing & Community Development Commission) for review and discussion. 

We are now asking the Affordable Housing community to review our proposed changes (attached) and provide written comments on these specific changes. Comments will be accepted through end of day December 5, 2011.  Written comments can be faxed to the attention of Juanita Preciado-Hernandez at (714) 480-2803 or via e-mail at  juanita.preciado@occr.ocgov.com 

We would also like to remind you that TCAC will be holding roundtable meetings on Dec. 5th and 6th in surrounding areas. Here is the link for information on those meetings.
