The purpose of the CoC is to fund projects that will fill gaps in the Orange County’s continuum that assist homeless persons to move to self-sufficiency and permanent housing. [ Read More ] Technical Services RFP (Santa Ana-CA) The County of Orange, Housing & Community Services Department/Homeless Prevention Division (HCS/HPD) is releasing a Request for Proposals (RFP) on January 29, 2008 at 3:00 pm for 2008-2009 from qualified non-profits, government agencies, or companies interested in providing technical services for the County’s 2009 Annual Housing Inventory, 2009 Homeless Point-In-Time Count and Survey, and 2009 Homeless Needs Assessment.
