Cold Weather Armory Emergency Shelter Program RFP

The County of Orange, Housing & Community Services Department/Homeless Prevention Division (HCS/HPD) is releasing a Request for Proposals (RFP) on October 1, 2007 for Fiscal Year 2008-2009, from qualified non-profits, government agencies, or companies interested in providing management and operations of the Cold Weather Armory Emergency Shelter Program with services for homeless individuals.
