• Creating safe and inclusive communities through our BRIDGES school program and by working to eliminate hate crime and bigotry.
• Developing diverse leaders through programs that empower people to have a voice in the decision-making processes of the institutions that affect their lives
• Mediating conflict and encouraging dialog as an alternative to violence, litigation and misunderstanding by bringing community residents, businesses and/or law enforcement together to resolve disputes.
• Building understanding and respect among diverse communities so we can realize that we have more in common as human beings than that which separates us into groups.
