Revenue Recovery Unit
The Revenue Recovery unit of the Treasurer-Tax Collector provides a centralized solution for billing and recovering debts owed to various Orange County agencies in an efficient and economical manner. These services are provided to benefit agencies such as Animal Care Services, Agricultural Commissioner, Health Care Agency, Public Defender and the Sheriff’s Department by providing a one stop payment solution for businesses and residents of Orange County. Cash, check, money orders and certain credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover) are accepted as payment by mail and in person at the Treasurer-Tax Collector’s office. Credit card payments are also accepted by phone. (Do not send cash by mail.) If you are unable to pay your fines or fees in full, please contact the Deputy Collection Officer listed on your invoice to discuss a monthly payment arrangement.
