County of Orange Volunteer Recognition (SANTA ANA) - Seventeen outstanding representatives of volunteerism throughout the County’s departments were recognized by the Board of Supervisors at its April 15 meeting. Supervisor Jim Silva explained that "in post-bankruptcy times when our budget is stretched like a rubber band, it’s people like these who allow us to continue providing a high level of service. We’re incredibly grateful to them." Following is a list of those who were honored.
