Public Budget Workshop Set For May 25

Public Budget Workshop Set For May 25 (Santa Ana, CA) Orange County residents are invited to attend an introduction to the County’s 2006-07 budget. Copies of the proposed budget will be available. The workshop will be from 9 a.m. until noon on May 25 in the Board of Supervisors hearing room, Hall of Administration, 10 Civic Center Plaza in Santa Ana. The free workshop will include discussion of upcoming issues and their anticipated budgetary impact. Some of the topics to be discussed include Proposition 63 (Mental Health Services Act), High-Tech Crime Unit, Youth and Family Resource Centers and utility co-generation.
