Room Rentals

The OC Sailing and Events Center has rooms of varying size and price available for rental for activities ranging from family gatherings and weddings to business conferences and meetings.

For smaller events, classroom or conference rooms are available starting at $40/hr. These rooms can seat between 15-30 people and are ideal for conferences, small workshops or classes. Rooms can be reserved in advance by paying the hourly room rental rate.

For larger events, the Dana Cove Room is a larger hall that can seat up to 150 people and includes a full kitchen, tables & chairs and use of an outdoor courtyard with a view of the Harbor. This room is an ideal choice for weddings and receptions, birthday parties or other large functions involving 50 people or more. The Dana Cove Room is available at the rate of $100/hr.  For events serving alcohol, the rate is $194/hr and includes security.

The Cove Room is available Fridays: 2pm-11pm, Saturdays: 10am-11pm and Sundays: 12pm-9pm.  It may be reserved on weekdays for smaller events when scheduling permits.  A refundable deposit of $300-$500 is required for most events. Caterers and other professional vendors working inside the room during your event must have sufficient liability insurance. (Permit fees will apply).  Please call to check availability and to get further details as other rules and regulations may apply.  Please Note: Non-profit rates are available.
