The OC Sailing and Events Center has rooms of varying size and price available for rental for activities ranging from family gatherings and weddings to business conferences and meetings.
For smaller events, classroom or conference rooms are available starting at $40.00/hour. These rooms can seat between 15-30 people and are ideal for conferences, small workshops or classes. They can be reserved in advance by paying the hourly room rental rate.
For larger events, the Dana Cove Room is a larger hall that seats up to 150 persons and includes a full kitchen, tables and chairs, use of an outdoor courtyard with a view of the harbor. This room is an ideal choice for weddings and receptions, birthday parties or other large functions involving 50 or more people. The Dana Cove Room is available for $100.00/hour. For events serving alcohol, the rate is $194.00/hour and includes security.
The Cove Room is available on Fridays 2:00pm-11:00pm, Saturdays 10:00am -11:00pm and Sundays 9:00am - 9:00pm. It may also be reserved during weekdays for smaller events if scheduling permits. A refundable cleaning deposit of $300-500 will apply for most events. Caterers and other professional vendors working inside the room during your event must have sufficient liability insurance and a permit fee will apply. Other rules and regulations may apply.
