Orange County Leadership Academy
The Orange County Leadership Academy (OCLA) along with other County leadership initiatives are helping to transform the County workforce by teaching and inspiring all employees to be better public servants, better leaders and better human beings. OCLA is a team of County managers who are committed to servant leadership principles in support of the County’s leadership development efforts. OCLA is about inspiring leadership excellence in all we do. Making our community a safer, healthier, and more fulfilling place to live, work, and play, today and for generations to come is the mission of the County of Orange. By approaching leadership not only as a way of “doing” but also as a way of being, the goal of the program is to make the County organization a more connected and effective community, a place that brings out the best in all of us as we provide outstanding services to others.
