Saturdays by appointment, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM Passport photos are also available for purchase during passport office hours. The passport office does not handle visa applications. Our reference staff will be happy to answer questions about forms, fees, necessary documents, time needed to process the application, special requirements for children under 16 years of age, and any other passport questions. Becoming a Friend of the Library:
The three Costa Mesa Libraries have a single Friends group which supports them all. Revenue comes from book sales, a used bookstore at the Costa Mesa/Donald Dungan branch, and new used bookstore located in the parking lot at Mesa Verde. You may join the Friends of the Costa Mesa Libraries by filling out an application available at either branch. Volunteers are always need.
