Fun Fact

La Habra's first library opened in 1921 inside a bank with a collection of 50 books.  A year later, the library acquired its first building, a former tamale restaurant that had been moved near the current location of the library.

Personal Computer Workstations

Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, Access, Frontpage and Internet available on 16 computers: first come/first served.  You must have a library card to access the computers. Computers have USB ports for flash drives and a floppy disk drive is available: ask at the Information Desk.  Drives for compact disks are not available.

The Friends of the La Habra Library Book Store

The Friends of the La Habra Library operate a used book store in the library; proceeds help fund library programs and materials.

We receive new stock daily. Prices start at 10 cents...come in and see the great prices and selection!
