Information on Volunteer Opportunities in Orange County, our SOAR Speaker’s Bureau, upcoming requests for proposals (RFPs) and invitations for bids (IFBs) are available in this section.

The Office on Aging promotes the concept of volunteer involvement among older adults as well as from public and non profit agencies in Orange County. By collaboratively working with our community, we have developed a list of volunteer opportunities currently available in many organizations.

Our SOAR Speaker’s Bureau offers free speakers for groups of twenty or more on various aging-related topics.

The Office on Aging receives tax dollars to fund various community programs that support older adults. Periodically, we publish Requests for Proposals and Invitations for Bids to agencies interested in providing these services.
