IMPORTANT NOTICE Effective April 1, 2009 the County of Orange implemented a NEW On-line Bid Management System called BidSync. Why Register? By registering with BidSync, you will automatically be notified when bid opportunities of company interest, become available. As a registered user you will also have access to respond to bids electronically. There is no cost to register. Please visit the FAQ page of this website for additional information about registering as a County Vendor and our new On-line Bid Management System.
