As the elected Public Administrator and Board-appointed Public Guardian I am pleased to welcome you to the home page of the Orange County Public Administrator/Public Guardian.

My experienced staff of Deputy Public Administrator/Guardians is sworn to provide services in accordance with California state law and with empathy and understanding for our clients and their families.

Orange County Counsel attorneys experienced in the practice of Probate and conservatorship law serve as legal counsel to the office. Specialists in the field of Behavioral Health co-located in the Office of the Public Guardian provide specialized mental health services to our mentally ill conservatees.
