The Public Administrator/Public Guardian  conducts private Auction sales to sell real property belonging to conservatorship estates that we administer. Listings of the available properties are published below and in a general circulation newspaper. Keys may be checked out to inspect the properties prior to auction by contacting (714) 567-7630.
