The essential services the County provides are designed to make Orange County a safe, healthy, and fulfilling place to live, work and play.  Community members interact with the County government daily through services such as adopting a pet, receiving social services, ordering a copy of a birth certificate or receiving peace officer protection.

Every resident must be properly registered with the Registrar of Voters office prior to voting in an election.  Fill out a new registration card to change your name, address or party affiliation.
