Team Decision (TDM)
Team Decision Making Readiness class includes a group process involving key persons, meeting when a child’s placement or placement change is being considered. Topics include: the key principals of TDM, their role on the team, and how meetings are structured.
Audience: Community Partners are encouraged to attend, along with: Children and family Services supervisors and staff, and CalWORKS staff.
