Family Self Sufficiency
The Family Self Sufficiency Division administers the CalWORKs and Food Stamp programs and is committed to delivering readily accessible quality Employment Services to help the unemployed and underemployed achieve stable employment which promotes independence and self-sufficiency.
Family Self-Sufficiency Division actively collaborates with other SSA divisions, contract providers, other governmental agencies and community-based organizations to enhance the delivery of services to help needy families achieve self-sufficiency.
