Education
Foster youth must remain in school for the duration of their foster care. The Orange County Department of Education is the contract provider to assist foster youth with timely transfers of academic records and enrollment in new schools. This contract also provides reading competency and math competency, along with classes taken, the grades achieved, and progress toward High School graduation every semester.
