Aliso & Wood Canyons Wilderness Park
Aliso & Wood Canyons Wilderness Park features approximately 4,000 acres of natural, open space land. Originally Juaneno tribal land, the park was later owned by Don Juan Avila, Louis Moulton, and The Mission Viejo Company. Within the parks are mature oaks, sycamores, elderberry trees, two year-round streams and more than 30 miles of official trails. Many rare and endangered plants and animals make this park their home, earning it a wildlife sanctuary designation. Click here for more information.
