Shelter In Place Ordered In Brea 

Carbon Canyon Road has been closed due to continuing rain, and dangers from mudslides and debris flow. Residents of the canyon are being asked to please stay in their homes and off of roads until the situation improves.

Olinda Village and the Hollydale Mobile Home Park are currently affected by this shelter-in-place request.
