Workshop And Presentation 

PURPOSE: To provide single family homeowners with easy to understand information on how to prepare for their assessment appeals hearing. It provides individuals with the types of evidence and the mandatory timelines that are acceptable at the hearing. These workshops are held throughout the calendar year, both day and evening sessions. They are conducted at libraries throughout the County and last approximately 1 1/2 hours. Individuals with pending residential appeals are notified of the dates, times and locations once scheduled.
