• The filing period for 2009 Informal Assessment Reviews closed in April 2009.

• If you have questions about the Taxable Value of your property, please call the Assessor Department at (714) 834-2727.

• To formally appeal the Taxable Value of your property, you must file an Assessment Appeal with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.

• The filing period for Assessment Appeals is July 2 to September 15.

• The filing period for 2010 Informal Assessment Reviews will open in January 2010.
