Our primary mission is to ensure that public funds are invested in a manner that provide for maximum security of principal and preservation of capital, while conforming to all Federal, State and local laws and statutes and resolutions governing investment of public funds.  Our secondary public funds investing objective is to maintain sufficient liquidity to enable participants to meet their operating cash flow needs. 

In addition, our Office collects property taxes for over 200 local agencies in Orange County and distributes the funds to each agency.  We also provide billing and collection services for many County Departments, capturing valuable revenue that will allow the agency to provide needed services.  For both of these, we utilize technology to streamline these processes and minimize costs.  Our focus is on providing excellent customer service both to the local agencies and to the taxpayers.  We strive to offer you a variety of customer service options to best suit your business or personal needs, including online payment options, forms and answers to common questions.  Please take a look around the website and we welcome your comments or suggestions on how we can better service you.
