Pet of the Week
 "Gizmo"
This week’s featured Pet of the Week is “Gizmo” a one year old, neutered male, sable, Pekingese, ID# A0975491.
“Gizmo” is very social and incredibly loving and he would make an ideal companion for someone who is looking for a lap dog. His energy level is moderate to low and he does great with dogs and people. He is potty and crate trained and knows all of his basic obedience commands. For more information on “Gizmo” please email Another Chance for Love at acfl09@yahoo.com or call (714) 505- 9235.
Another Chance for Love is a cooperative partnership between OC Animal Care and youth correctional facilities. The goal of this partnership is to improve the lives of at-risk youth and shelter dogs. The dogs in this program are both potty and crate trained and have learned their basic manners and obedience skills from a select group of juvenile offenders. In return, the dogs teach the at-risk youth responsibility, respect and the rewards of unconditional love. All the dogs are vaccinated, spayed or neutered and microchipped prior to adoption. For more information on this program, please email Another Chance for Love at acfl09@yahoo.com or call (714) 505-9235.
Last week’s Pet of the Week “Dukuesa” is enjoying her forever home!
